The training was lame, very short but it was the first day.
I went in the sauna and some SUPER hott guy asked me about my Paraguay tshirt and then we started speaking in Español mm yay!
Came home, apple, scoop of beans, mole, tortilla, and cheese.
Now it’s time to do JM30DS since I did insanity this morning! I think I’ll watch Real World first though :-) whilst chugging dat H20? hehe

Great day at work today. Straight up training for four hours. I had a mangogogogo 22 oz. and a bag of dehydrated apples (90cal) and proceeded to the Walmart subway and scarfed down a 6 in veggie patty/flat bread sammmich. Mm mm good! Drank some agua and hiked back home. (For bfast I had a banana/whey smoothie)
In the middle of work, I got a call from Palm Beach Tan, and they want me to come in for an interview tomorrow at 3pm. Shoot, I work at Jamba then. Daaaang itttttttt. Well I really need that job. I can work at jamba mornings and palm beach nights. I’ll average almost $100/day 4 days a week, and then with the ski resort, that’s about $80 weekly. So in 10 weeks (I seem to plan everything in 10 week increments) ill have made approximately $4,000. ROUGHLY, very roughly. Plus free tanning! The only reason why I wanna do this is because I just looked at my bank account and it is very, very sad… Also, I owe the following;

Approx $400 that needs to be paid aaaaasapalap. So. I’m silently freaking out. Okay, not so silently, but oh well. So obviously, crossfit is out of the question. Wa. I’m not even going to the free one tonight because I’ll never be going back anyways.
I’ve always had 2 jobs. Why not three? I can handle it.
The only reason why I calmed down was the fact that I got a call from Golds Gym saying that I have 24 available personal training sessions CAN I GET A HAIL YEAAAAAAAH?!
So, I set up one for tonight at 7. Yay. I can potentially have 3 a week for 8 weeks! That would be ideal. I can do them in the am in case I’m working at PBT… I remember having 1 a week and seeing immediate results. He’s (Kellen) going to kiiiick my assssskkkkkkkk. Well yay.
Now, I must charge my phone. Re-charge myself, and let my subway sammich digest.
But what will I wear tonight?! My YOGAS RIPPED THIS MORNING AT THE GYM. that’s when I knew, it was time. Today was the day. Time to begin.
I think all my money troubles will work out if I pay my tithing first. Eeekkkk. Gotta have faith. I can do it. I can I can I can.

Yes, the rumors are true, I have indeed decided to begin my journey to weightloss yet again. From January to May of 2011, I was able to drop 40 pounds from 190 to 150. It was glorius. I had a wonderful summer and had all the confidence in the world! Energy for dance, energy to work out more! I loved it. Shopping was ACTUALLY FUN! This was a foreign concept to me. The fact that I felt like I could wear absolutely anything, was riveting. Ah, I loved it. Then, my mother got remarried that August. Everything was fine and dandy up until about December-ish. I put on about 10 lbs. I still looked alright at 160-165, but then summer came, and I was absolutely sedentary since High School ended and along with it, dance. I was used to being able to eat basically anything, and then go work it off at dance (shortly followed by a trip to the gym). By the end of the summer, I’d reached 170-172. After my freshman year of college, I’m teetering on 190 YET AGAIN. I’m going to serve a mission for my church (the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, go check it out!), and I’m anticipating to leave around Aug/Sep… SO, that being said, I personally think that it is IMPERATIVE that I am HAPPY, HEALTHY, AND FIT! 1. Because I am even more outgoing than usual when I am confident in my appearance. 2. To wear all the cute missionary clothes! :-) 3. So I can walk/bike the 390482s of miles required to cover, daily, and not die. That is my primary motivation, but I have another one… My mom and I have both struggled with weight in the past, and I can tell that she gets insaaaanely jealous whenever I’m more in shape than she is (hehe) So, I know it’s cruel, but I currently don’t live with her, but she recently saw my fat, globulous self in April (she wasn’t lookin’ too hott either…) BUT there’s nothing in this world that I’d enjoy more than seeing the look on her face when she sees how fit and skinny I’ve become & she’s just chillin’ in her tent of a dress the next time I see her (probably mid-July, {this gives me approx 10 weeks, enough to complete insanity once, and JM30DS twice, AKA RESULLLTSSSSS} when I go out there to see my brother off on his LDS mission, but I will also most likely see her again in Aug/Sep before I leave on mine as well) SOOOO WE GOTTA GET THIS BALL ROLLING, Y’ALL! Just envisioning the look on her face pushed me to do additional reps this morning at the gym with my Uncle Jack.
What is my plan of action, you inquire!? Good question, my non-existant readers, very good question. Imagine the following being read in a movie announcer’s voice/P90X hardcore man voice.
1. INSANITY

3. RUNNING A MILE A DAY
4. *hopefully* CROSSFIT 3x A WEEK IF LAUREN’S WALLET CAN HANDLE IT
5. STRENGTH WITH JACK
1. Today I took the FIT TEST for Insanity. Okaay, it’s NO JOKE. Pretty sure I thought I was going to die. But progress, right? (I don’t think I fully understood the concept of the kicks, because I definitely beat that beast of a chick on there… oops) I’m planning on doing insanity at night before bed.

2. Oh Jill, you crazy psycho… I’ve heard great results from this chick, so lets give it a go. I’ll do this every morning after the gym with Jack (assuming I can still stand without collapsing) This is just the extra oomph that my workout plan needs. 2 A DAYS FTW DOE.
3. GROSS. I hate running. But its how I got lots of the weight off last time. I know that 30 mins of a steady pace a day is equivalent to like 3-5 lbs in a week? WHY CANT I MOTIVATE MYSELF ENOUGH TO DO DATTTTT!? I’m starting small, and for this first week, I’m doing a mile a day. Which should be attainable. I’ll post my times. Don’t judge.
4. SO SO SO SO SO SO SCARED for tonight. I signed up for a free class at a Crossfit near my casa. I’m already sore and crying just thinking about it. This will be the test trial run to see if I really can afford to throw down $115 monthly. (figures to be about 12 classes a month, since it’s 3x a week. Which means it’s $9.50 a session. DAYUM, THAT’S REASONABLE FO SHO. I just have a hard time maintaining my bank account full, heh heh heh. Which is why I just started working at Jamba Juice! HEALTHINESS SURROUNDS ME. Anyways, I’ll update y’all on the class tonight. Wish me luck. The butterflies won’t disappear.
5. I get up with my Uncle Jack at 5:50am and go lift with him at the gym. I’m scared I’ll bulk up, but I doubt it… At least I’m hoping I won’t. It’s good bonding, and it’s getting me back in the habit of being an early-birdie, which I’ll need on my mish. LEAN MUSCLE IS IMPORTANT. A lb of lean muscle burns 83 calories in REST MODE. A lb of fat, on the other hand, burns 3.
As for food, eqqqughhfkdshjs. THAT is the hard part for ya qurl. I am an impulsive eater, I’m a binger, a stress eater, a happy eater, a sad eater, an excited eater. I EAT A LOT. So, I’ve decided I’ll do a protein shake in the mornin’, some carrots/apple/celery/peach/plum/prune/grapefruit/orange/clementine in mid morning, a REV shake for lurnch, some almonds for a snacky wacky, and then HEALTHY PORTIONED DINNER- I’ll try and incorporate lean meats and salads. ”YOU BITE IT, YOU WRITE (blog) IT” will be my mantra from this day forward.
SO, we shall see how that goes.
Here are my measurements, let’s PRAY that they change asap. I know that the scale can be dissappointing, but the evidence is in inches lost. So yaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa.
